Are you ready to feel more in tune with yourself and your menstrual cycle? There is an abundance of wisdom held within our menstrual cycles, just waiting to be unearthed, but sometimes it can be hard to know where to begin. That’s where Find Your Flow comes in. Over six hour long sessions, I will support you to learn all about menstrual cycle awareness (MCA), deepen your understanding of your own cycle and help you to figure out how you can work with your cycle rather than against it. It’s a programme to help you feel more connected, grounded and confident in what you and your body really needs.

We’ve been told so many unhelpful stories about female bodies. That our cycles are inconvenient. That periods are something to push through or hide. That being a cyclical being means we’re “too hormonal” or “too much”.

It’s no wonder so many women end up feeling disconnected or like something is wrong with them. Often the struggles we experience aren’t just “normal”, they’re signs of imbalance, or a symptom of living out of sync with our cyclical needs in a world that prioritises productivity over wellbeing.

So much emphasis is placed on doing, pushing and staying switched on 24/7. But we’re not meant to live that way all the time. We also need space for rest, reflection, intuition and simply being. We need to allow space for the quieter, wiser parts of ourselves that often get overlooked.

Menstruality - “the natural life process from menarche to menopause” and menstrual cycle awareness can be a powerful way back to balance. A way to understand your inner rhythms, reconnect with your strengths, and come home to yourself.

Through working with me, you’ll begin to gently embrace your cyclical nature rather than fighting against it. You’ll learn how to work with your menstrual cycle as a supportive foundation for healing, self-understanding, and a deeper, more compassionate relationship with yourself.

how does it work?

Find your flow is a gentle, supportive programme that is very similar to ongoing counselling sessions with me, but with a more structured, cycle-aware lens woven throughout. While each session is shaped by what you bring and where you’re at, there is also a soft structure that helps guide our work together across the six sessions.

We’ll begin by getting to know your current relationship with your menstrual cycle and building a grounded understanding of MCA. From there we’ll move through the different phases of the cycle, often described as the inner seasons, exploring how each one shows up for you in your body, emotions, energy and inner world.

Across the six sessions, we’ll gently explore:

  • - your relationship with your cycle & menstrual cycle awareness

  • We’ll start with laying the foundations and understanding MCA. Together we’ll explore how you currently experience your cycle, where things might feel difficult and what practices might help you to understand yourself and your cycle with more clarity.

  • - menstruation | inner winter

  • We’ll explore the beginning of each cycle and get to know what periods look like for you. We’ll explore what this phase can teach you about rest, reflection and letting go, and get to know what might help you feel supported during this quieter, inward phase.

  • - follicular phase | inner spring

  • This session focuses on the follicular phase, often a time of growth, curiosity, and new ideas. We’ll explore what this time looks like for you and how you can harness that energy in your daily life.

  • - ovulation | inner summer

  • Here we’ll explore the ovulatory phase and get to know how your energy, mood, and social confidence might shift here. We’ll reflect on how to work with this outward, connecting energy and how it can support your wellbeing, boundaries, and relationships.

  • - luteal phase | inner autumn

  • This premenstrual phase often brings heightened sensitivity, more discernment, and a call to reflect more deeply. It can also be a really source of difficulty, especially if you have PMDD. In this session we’ll explore what your inner autumn looks like and explore ways to support yourself during this time.

  • - planning ahead & self-care practices

  • In our final session, we’ll bring everything together, reflecting on what you’ve discovered and exploring practical ways you can use this new insight to plan ahead with your cycle and developing self-care practices that feel realistic, compassionate and supportive for you.

Throughout our sessions I’ll meet you where you are at, working relationally and responsively with whatever arises. Nothing needs to be fixed or forced. This is about building understanding, trust, and a more compassionate relationship with your cyclical self.

The full programme is £300 upfront or £55 per session.
