I offer heart-led counselling support for life’s ups and downs, whether it’s figuring out why your mood and energy feel all over the place each month, surviving the week before your period, juggling sensory overload and brain fog as a sensitive soul, or processing the highs and lows of pregnancy, birth, or parenthood. My goal is to meet you where you are and create a space that’s compassionate, understanding and centred on you.

  • 50-minute weekly sessions face to face in South Manchester.  I offer warm, compassionate counselling, meeting you where you are at and holding space for you with care and respect, whatever you bring into the therapy room.

    £55 per session

  • 50-minute weekly sessions held over Zoom. The same warm & compassionate support as in-person sessions from the comfort of your own home. 

    £55 per session

  • A programme of 6 x weekly hour-long sessions to help you get to know your menstrual cycle and bring cycle awareness into your daily life. We’ll explore menstrual cycle awareness, work to understand your unique rhythms and develop practical ways to work with your cycle rather than against it.

    £300 upfront or £55 per session

  • An hour long session to talk through your birth experience, however it unfolded. I aim to support you in making sense of your experience, support you to feel heard and validated and offer an impartial
    perspective from an experienced birth professional. Includes a follow up summary to support deeper reflection beyond our session.

    £75 per session (including follow up email)
